A plan for the trips
you start each month.
Choose a plan using two separate estimates: how many new client trips you start in a month, and how much work you expect to ask the assistant to do. A plan that covers your trip volume does not necessarily cover your assistant usage.
Compare the subscription amounts.
The annual option is billed as a yearly total. Its monthly equivalent is for comparison, not a separate monthly charge.

Before paying, check the selected plan, currency, billing interval and final amount in checkout. These subscription amounts are separate from the money your clients pay for their travel arrangements. TripTended does not book suppliers or move client funds.
The comparison does not set out a price per seat. If you need a shared agency workspace, contact the team to confirm the access you need before choosing a subscription.
Count new trips, not every trip already in progress.
Estimate the number of trips you expect to create in the coming monthly allowance period. Do not use the total number of trips you are currently managing as a substitute for that estimate. Existing work and new-trip creation are different questions.
Use your busiest expected month as a separate check. An average below the new-trip limit does not establish that a busier month will fit.
Annual subscriptions still have monthly allowances. Do not multiply a monthly limit by twelve and assume that the full annual total can be used in one month.
Treat credits as a separate usage budget.
Assistant credits are a usage allowance, not a fixed number of finished itineraries. Different requests can use different amounts. Do not calculate “one trip equals a certain number of credits” from the plan comparison.
When evaluating a plan, check the estimate shown for an assistant request and compare it with the usage recorded after completion. Keep a note of the tasks you expect to repeat. A single small request does not establish the cost of every future request.
Work you complete manually does not use assistant credits. Check the Billing page for your current allowance period, available balance and recorded usage rather than assuming that a plan change or payment return has already changed your allowance.
Understand the limited free trial.
The trial lasts 7 days and includes one trip and 100 assistant credits. It is a limited trial, not a permanent free plan or a promise of unlimited assistant use.
Before starting, choose one suitable trip and gather its source documents. Review your trial status and limits in the workspace before using it for live client work. The trial’s one-trip allowance is different from a paid plan’s monthly new-trip allowance.
Do not rely on this pricing page for a refund rule, a cancellation deadline or a tax amount. Read the applicable terms and the final purchase screen, and contact the team if something is unclear.
Make a decision you can check.
Write down these four answers before selecting a plan:
- How many new trips will I create in the next allowance period?
- What is my busiest expected month?
- Which assistant tasks will I repeat, and what usage have I actually observed?
- Am I comparing monthly payments with an annual total, using the same currency?
If you can answer only the first two, you have checked trip capacity, not the full usage budget. Use the trial to learn about your own workflow before estimating a larger workload.
